FloorFolio’s core values have always been centered on partnerships. Its growth over the years has been centered on doing business with a core group of customers and growing our business organically. Price although important is secondary to our customers as they know we do not sell everyone. We want to make sure our customers can feel comfortable showing our product, to most of our customers FloorFolio is the most profitable product line they sell.
We center our product line around choice. While most of our competitors offer a standard 6 color product line to the Multi Family segment we offer all 100 of our colors and patterns in both our Stone and Wood collections. We also offer the ability to customize the size, texture and pattern. We are not limited by the collections we offer but instead offer the flexibility to give the end user what they need.
FloorFolio has two warehouses in Edison New Jersey, we are finalizing a facility in Texas and have plans to open a facility in California. Our product is imported from our three factories, two in China and one In India.
Our management team is myself as President/CEO of the company. Dale Tucker who is my Vice President and also heads up our technical team as he is Chairman on many of the ASTM committees. Michael Carter who is Vice President of our Multi-Family Division.
