With nearly a half-century of experience combined in the commercial flooring industry and demonstrated acumen with launching import flooring products in North America, Michael Freedman and Dale Tucker have announced their new venture, FloorFolio Industries. FloorFolio Industries will serve as the exclusive distributor of Responsive Flooring, a diverse line of high quality, low-maintenance, polyurethane reinforced (PUR) commercial flooring products.
Freedman and Tucker most recently spearheaded the launch of LG Floors into the U.S. marketplace, when both worked together at Associated/ACC International, a national distributor. Their collective and successful track record from the LG Floors debut serves as the rock-solid foundation for the introduction of Responsive, a division of Responsive Polymers Ltd. of Mumbai, India, to contractors, distributors, specifiers and facility owners nationwide.
FloorFolio’s commitment to customer service is especially notable. “In our industry, accessibility is critical although often rare,” says Freedman. “Dale and I are involved at every level – from selecting products to frequently communicating with customers. We are determined to provide our customers with a personal touch and a caliber of service that they won’t find elsewhere.”
Freedman, serves as Chief Executive Officer of FloorFolio, has vast experience in the commercial flooring industry. In addition to his integral role in the introduction of LG Floors to North America, Freedman also worked as a regional sales manager for Marley Flexco Inc., and as a contract specialist for Armstrong Commercial Flooring, where he collaborated with the architecture and design communities extensively.
Tucker, is Vice President of FloorFolio, brings equally wide-ranging and notable experience to his position. A renowned expert in electrostatic discharge (ESD) flooring, he worked for five years with Vinyl Plastics, Inc. (VPI), where he focused on growing the company’s ESD business and general distribution. Tucker began his career with Marley Flexco, Inc. developing the company’s domestic and international distribution program.
FloorFolio Industries, headquartered in Edison, N.J., serves as a singular source for distributors nationwide seeking a comprehensive portfolio of commercial flooring products at competitive prices. All products offered by FloorFolio have been hand-selected for distribution in the United States and are polyurethane reinforced (PUR).
